Christmas Day 2015

Christmas Day 2015 was a lovely, warm, special, family time - a memorable first Christmas for our precious second born (and sixth for Mr. "Number One!")
It has been many years since we had a truly unbroken night of sleep but Noah did flipping well and didn't get us up until 6.30am. I'd say that's impressive for any child at Christmas let alone one with the excess energy that Noah has!

We all started the morning together in our bed, with Reuben looking bemused but entertained! We opened a few presents from our stocking and then all four of us piled into my parents' room and continued the festivities

The boys had bought each other matching Bing toys. Such coordination, what were the chances ;)

Dad got a ladder..!

He also got a toolbox.

He was genuinely chuffed.

One or two presents (and present-incidents) had us laughing so hard we literally cried. Took a photo so as never to forget the near hysteria!

Reuben seemed to take everything in his little reindeer-like stride. He just loves to watch everything so he was content taking it all in from my lap.

Then there's the essential Christmas dinner photo. Utterly delicious as always. Hats off to my parents who do an incredible roast any Sunday of the year but outdo themselves at Christmas!

I managed to accidentally cut Reuben off of the group shot but he is there and if you look closely you can see his curls by Vianney!

He certainly didn't miss out on Christmas dinner. That went down a storm with little Mr. Seven and a half months!

And as is inevitable, the post-Christmas-lunch nap for the little pudding! And Reuben....! ;)

It's pretty cool having a little brother who can make you a pretty (and pretty delicious) coffee...

...And then entertain your children.

Thank you family and thank you Jesus for what was a truly lovely, special Christmas time together. Xx
